At Moment Ici, we prioritize fast, transparent, and tracked delivery. We ship primarily within the United States and Canada (other countries available on request via contact@momentici.com).

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours. After that, allow 4 to 8 business days for Free Standard Shipping, or 3 to 5 business days with Secure Express Shipping (signature included).

As for packaging, each piece of jewelry is carefully placed in its jewelry box, then inside a black gift box. If your order contains several items, they're grouped together in a single gift box (a more eco-friendly approach). If you'd prefer separate packaging, simply note it in the order comments at checkout.

Free shipping on orders of $79 and up; below $79, a $5.99 shipping contribution applies. At checkout, you can also choose Secure Express Shipping ($12.99) for faster, signature-on-delivery handling. Do you offer certificates of authenticity for your products?

Yes, absolutely! We offer certificates of authenticity upon request. If you would like to receive one, simply add it to your cart at checkout, and we will gladly include it with your order.

Do you offer an engraving service?

Yes, gladly! We offer a collection of personalized jewelry where you can enter your engraving request directly on the product page, then add the item to your cart.

For other jewelry, you can also send us your request by e-mail: in most cases, engraving is entirely possible. Depending on the model and the desired personalization, a small additional charge may apply.

The size is too small and there's no larger size on the website, what should I do?

Don't worry, we often have a solution 🙂. For natural stone bead bracelets or necklaces, we can check the feasibility of increasing the size by adding a few beads. Simply contact us by email with the product link and the desired size, and we will get back to you quickly.

For chain bracelets and necklaces, the simplest solution is to add an extension chain, available on our website in the Jewelry Accessories category.
