Product

Do you offer an engraving service?

Yes, with pleasure! We offer a collection of personalized jewelry where you can enter your engraving request directly on the product page, then add the item to your cart.


For other jewelry, you can also send us your request by email: in most cases, engraving is absolutely possible. Depending on the model and the desired customization, a small surcharge may apply.

Can I sleep with your jewelry on?

Yes, you can, but for more comfort and to preserve your jewelry, we recommend removing it at night. It's also a nice time to "let your stone breathe": you can place it near a window or in a safe place, under the moonlight, to gently recharge it overnight ✨

Is the jewelry waterproof / can I shower with it?

Ideally, we advise you to avoid water (shower, bath, swimming pool, sea) to preserve your jewelry for as long as possible. Water, products (soap, shampoo, perfume), and humidity can, over time, alter the shine of the stones and finishes. For lasting beauty, it is best to remove your jewelry before showering.

The size is too small and there is no larger size on the website, what should I do?

Don't worry, we usually have a solution 🙂. For natural stone bead bracelets or necklaces, we can check the feasibility of increasing the size by adding a few beads. Simply contact us by email with your order number (or product link) and the desired size, and we will get back to you quickly.


For chain bracelets and necklaces, the simplest solution is to add an extension chain, available on our website in the Jewelry Accessories category.

Quality

Are your stones crystal?

Yes! It is even one of Moment Ici's core values: we offer jewelry made with natural crystals. If an item is not made of natural crystal, the material is always clearly indicated in the product description, so you can buy with confidence.

Do you offer certificates of authenticity for your products?

Yes, absolutely! We offer certificates of authenticity upon request. If you wish to receive one, simply add it to your cart at checkout, and we will gladly include it with your order.

My jewelry is broken or defective, what should I do?

We're sorry this happened to you. The good news is that your Moment Ici jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty. To help you as quickly as possible, please email us some photos of the jewelry, a short explanation of the situation (how the breakage occurred), and your order number.


Upon receipt, our team will carefully review your request and we will work together to find the best solution: a repair where possible, or a replacement if necessary.

Where are your jewelry and decorations made?

We entrust the manufacturing of our pieces to carefully selected artisans all over the world. We have forged partnerships with workshops particularly in Italy, Spain, Turkey, Thailand, and Hong Kong, prioritizing proximity to the origin of the stones whenever possible.


Each creation is then meticulously inspected by our team in France to guarantee quality, before being prepared and shipped to you with the utmost care.

Do you follow ethical guidelines for stone extraction?

Yes. We place great importance on ethics and we only work with partners who are committed to responsible practices and ethical standards in their supply chain. Our goal is to offer you natural stone jewelry with complete confidence, with the greatest possible respect for people and resources.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

The total delivery time consists of two steps: the preparation of your order, then its shipment to your home.


Most of our orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop within 24 hours. For certain more complex handcrafted products, we may need an additional 2 to 3 days to carefully craft them and ensure a beautiful finish.



After that, allow 4 to 8 business days for Free Standard Shipping, or 3 to 5 business days with Secure Express Shipping (signature included).


On average, our customers receive their package in less than a week. We do everything possible to ensure your experience is smooth and pleasant, from the moment you place your order until you receive your little treasure ✨

What should I do if I still haven't received my order?

If your order has still not been delivered after 10 business days, this is indeed not normal.
If you find that the wait is too long, simply write to us at contact@momentici.com: our customer service will do everything to understand the situation and find a solution quickly.


In any case, don't worry: we remain by your side and will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your order.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received anything, what should I do?

If the tracking indicates "delivered" but you haven't received anything, we first recommend you check around your home. Sometimes a package is delivered to the wrong mailbox: don't hesitate to ask your neighbors or your building manager if you have one.


If, despite these checks, you still haven't received your order, write to us at contact@momentici.com: our Customer Service will be happy to help you find a solution.


A little tip: if you believe your mailbox is not secure enough, we strongly recommend choosing delivery with signature required when validating your cart.

What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

If you have made a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by email to provide us with the correct address. We can only make changes in the very first hours after the order, before the package is prepared or shipped.


Unfortunately, an incorrect address can lead to delivery to a different location than intended. In this case, we cannot be held responsible for the address error, but we will of course do our best to help you find the best possible solution.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

First and foremost, we are sincerely sorry if this happens to you. In this case, simply send us a photo of the damaged product and your order number to contact@momentici.com.
Upon receipt of this information, we will process your request promptly and reship your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What are the timeframes for refunds and exchanges?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return with refund. Beyond this period, if your jewelry or decorative items still meet our return conditions (item unworn, unused, and kept in its original packaging), you can request a return to receive a store credit.

How do I return an item and request a refund?

To request a return, go to your customer account, then open the Orders section. Select the order concerned and click on "Request a return". Then choose the quantity to return, the reason, add any remarks if necessary, then click again on "Request a return" to confirm.


Once the request has been sent, it will be under review. We will then send you an email as soon as it has been processed, with all return instructions.

How do I return an item for exchange?

To request an exchange, go to your customer account, then to the Orders section. Select the relevant order and click on “Request a return”. Choose the product to return, the quantity, and the reason. In the “Remarks” field, clearly state the product you wish to receive in exchange, then click on “Request a return” to confirm.


Once the request is submitted, it will be under review. We will send you an email as soon as it has been processed, with all return instructions.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes and no 🙂. At the moment, we do not yet offer a prepaid return service: you are free to choose your shipping method and pay the return costs at the time of shipment.


However, to thank you and soften this cost, we offer you a store credit. This credit will be sent to you in the return request approval email.

What is the return address?

Our returns workshop is located in Île-de-France (France). For organizational reasons and to ensure prompt processing, the exact address will be provided to you once your return request has been validated (by e-mail, with return instructions).
