Refund policy
At Moment Ici, we want you to order with complete peace of mind. That's why no item is sold on a final-sale basis: if your order isn't right for you, you can request a return under the conditions below.
1) Time frame to request a return
You can submit a return request within 30 days of the date you received your order.
After 30 days: if the item still meets our return conditions (unworn, unused, in its original packaging), you can request a return for store credit.2) Eligibility conditions
To be accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, and kept in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email) may be requested.3) How to request a return
Requests are made directly from your Customer Account: go to My Account > Orders, select the relevant order, then click "Request a return." Choose the product(s), the quantity, and the reason, add a message if needed, then confirm.
Your request is then reviewed by our team. Once approved, you'll receive an email with full return instructions. Our returns facility is located in Île-de-France (France): the exact address will be provided once your request is approved, to ensure fast and organized processing.4) Return shipping costs and store credit
We don't yet offer prepaid returns: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and you're free to choose the carrier and shipping method that suit you.
However, to thank you and offset this cost, we offer you store credit equal to your return shipping fees, communicated in the email approving your request.5) Refund time frames
If your return meets our conditions, we process the refund within 2 to 10 days of receiving your parcel, via your original payment method (the credit may then take up to 10 days to appear on your account).6) No restocking fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.7) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged, has a defect, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at contact@momentici.com, attaching photos and your order number. We'll find a solution quickly.8) Exceptions
Engraved jewelry, personalized items, and made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange. If you're unsure, write to us — we'll be happy to help.9) Need help?
