At Moment Ici, we do everything we can to make sure your order arrives quickly, with clear, reliable, tracked service. You'll find all our shipping details below.
Delivery countries
We ship primarily within the United States and Canada.
Would you like your order delivered to another country? Write to us at contact@momentici.com — we can ship to most countries worldwide on request.
Delivery times
Your total delivery time includes preparation + shipping.
1) Preparation times
Most orders are prepared and shipped from our studio within 24 hours. For certain more complex artisanal pieces, an additional 2 to 3 business days may be needed (crafting and finishing).
2) Shipping times (after dispatch)
Option 1 :Free Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
Option 2 : Secure Express Shipping (Signature Included): 3–5 business days

On average, our customers receive their package within a week (depending on destination and time of year). We stay attentive to every order to guarantee a smooth experience, from cart to delivery.
Shipping fees
Free Standard Shipping on orders of $79 and up.
Below $79, a shipping contribution of $5.99 applies (Standard Shipping).
Need faster or more secure delivery? At checkout, you can choose Secure Express Shipping ($12.99), which includes signature on delivery and priority handling. We recommend it for higher-value pieces, so your order is never left unattended.
👉 P.O. Boxes: Standard Shipping is available; Secure Express requires a physical address, since a signature is mandatory.
Package tracking
Your peace of mind is our priority. As soon as your order is confirmed, you'll receive email notifications at every important step.

check your customer account (order details), or contact us at contact@momentici.com.
Important information
Address changes
You may request a change to your details within 6 hours of placing your order. Once your order has entered our processing window and been handed to the carrier, no changes are possible.
✅ Please double-check your information: any delivery issue caused by an address error (name, ZIP code, street number, etc.) is the customer's responsibility.
Unclaimed / returned orders
We are not responsible for packages returned due to: refusal, failure to claim, incorrect or incomplete address information. Please provide accurate information to ensure successful delivery.
Porch / mailbox theft
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for theft (mailbox, building lobby, doorstep, etc.).
For added security, we recommend: choosing delivery with signature (Secure Express), or using an alternative address (work, a trusted neighbor, or a pickup point if available).
If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, contact us as soon as possible — and within 48 hours where possible. Even though we can't be held responsible after delivery, we'll do our utmost to help you and find a fair solution.
