Most orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery to France, and 6 to 10 business days for Belgium and Switzerland.

Regarding packaging, each piece of jewelry is carefully placed in its jewelry box, then in a black gift box. If your order contains multiple items, they will be grouped into a single gift box (a more environmentally friendly approach). If you would like separate packaging, simply indicate this in the order note at checkout.

Free delivery is available for orders over €59. At checkout, you can also choose a faster and/or signature-required option. A tracking number will be sent to you by email and will also be available in your customer account.

The size is too small and there's no larger size on the website, what should I do?

Don't worry, we often have a solution 🙂. For bracelets or necklaces made of natural stone beads, we can check the feasibility of enlarging the size by adding a few beads. Simply contact us by e-mail with the product link and the desired size, and we will get back to you quickly.
