How do you know if your chakras are unbalanced? Are you obsessed with the need for security, even greedy and overly materialistic? Do you feel a lack of creative energy and self-confidence? Are you overwhelmed by a sense of domination due to an exaggerated conception of prestige, or, on the contrary, by being passive and indecisive? Does experiencing people's negativity and sometimes being treated with contempt bother you? Do you have difficulty forgiving and building strong relationships with your loved ones? Do you tend not to talk much, because you have difficulty expressing yourself and are probably introverted?
Furthermore, when you take a closer look at your daily life, you feel stress, anxiety, or an emptiness to fill. You look for the cause, but in vain...
Have you considered that the cause is an imbalance in your Chakras?
Chakras originated in ancient India. The word "Chakra" means "Wheel" or "Circle" in Sanskrit. This name was chosen because they serve to circulate the inner and vital energies of the light body. According to ancient Indian texts, there are 88,000 chakras distributed throughout the body. But seven major ones are counted, located along a line that follows the path of the spine.
Other medicines recognize them in their own way: in China, they have been integrated into acupuncture practice; in the West, they correspond to plexuses, networks of nerves and vessels.

When a chakra is open and active, in a balanced way, vital energy flows freely through all bodies (physical, astral, mental, ethereal, and causal). Consequently, when chakras are imbalanced (whether a chakra is overactive or blocked), this disrupts the circulation of vital energies and creates harmful energies for the body.
How to identify blocked chakras in your body?
Each chakra is connected to a different aspect of ourselves. Consequently, each has an impact on different parts of our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Read each chakra description and the symptoms caused by chakra imbalance, and you will identify your blocked chakras.
1. Root Chakras:
The first chakra is the root chakra. It is located in the perineum and is associated with the color red. It therefore corresponds to primary needs, survival instinct, stability, and security.
Both the blockage and the excessive opening of this root chakra could lead to various symptoms and disorders: constipation or diarrhea, digestive problems, weight gain, water retention. But also anxiety, phobias, depression, greed, and aggressiveness.
On the contrary, if it is balanced, the person has a good lifestyle (healthy eating, restorative sleep, physical exercise, etc.), a strong bond with loved ones. They feel secure and good about their life.
2. Sacral Chakra:
Its color is orange. This second chakra is located in the uterus for women and above the bladder for men. It is the center of sexual energy, creativity, the birthplace of all things. It is therefore associated with pleasure, sexuality, vitality, and joy of life.
If the sacral chakra is underactive or overactive, it could weaken or overstimulate libido, fuel jealousy, affect self-confidence, hinder inspiration and project realization. It also leads to chronic lower back pain and reproductive problems on the physical level.
On the other hand, when it is balanced, the person is brimming with ideas and develops and applies them in their life (artistic, professional, personal project...), filled with abundance, creativity, movement, pleasure, and fulfilling relationships.
3. Solar Plexus Chakras:
The color of this third chakra is yellow. It is located below the sternum, at the solar plexus. It governs confidence, self-esteem, power, and masculine energy.
When it is out of harmony, it would affect self-esteem, create an inferiority complex, lead to being critical, selfish, domineering, and make it difficult to make decisions.
Consequently, when balanced, it promotes action and self-control, and control over one's life. It brings better self-confidence and encourages more respect for others. When you encounter frustration, you are able to let it go and not get attached to external circumstances.
4. Heart Chakra
With its green hue, the heart chakra is located in the center of the chest, slightly to the left of this vital organ. It is the mother of all chakras, ensuring the link between the lower, more earthly, and upper, more spiritual chakras. Indeed, this fourth chakra is the energetic center of universal and unconditional love. Love for oneself and for others.
This could lead to physical problems such as respiratory issues, heart problems, and high blood pressure. As for the emotional level, you will feel bitterness, a lack of empathy, indifference, narrow-mindedness, withdrawal, and an inability to forgive.
On the other hand, when it is balanced, love, compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance of others (and oneself) are all present. Moreover, you will feel an inner peace, demonstrating compassion, tolerance, and acceptance of others as they are.
5. Throat Chakra
The color of this fifth chakra is sky blue. It is located in the middle of the throat and is the center of communication and freedom of expression.
When it is blocked or too open, you may experience an inability to speak your truth, to ask for what you need. This blocks the desire to say what you want or desire. It can lead to a sore throat, thyroid problems, and neck and shoulder pain.
Conversely, when it is balanced, this chakra facilitates exchanges, listening, and understanding. It allows for diplomacy and good advice. You speak, listen, and express yourself through good communication and authenticity.
6. Third Eye Chakra
The sixth main chakra is connected to the indigo blue color and is located in the middle of the forehead between the eyebrows. It is the seat of imagination, intuition, and the ability to see beyond our 3D world.
When it is unbalanced, it could lead to a lack of concentration, poor judgment, nightmares, hallucinations. It could eventually cause vision problems, headaches, and migraines.
But when it is balanced, the third eye chakra brings clear and intuitive thought, a holistic vision, and an ability to see beyond the physical.
7. Crown Chakra
Its color is purple. It is located above the head, like a crown, and opens to communicate with the outside, the universe, and the earth. This seventh chakra is synonymous with wisdom, soul consciousness, spiritual vision. Indeed, it is a channel through which higher wisdom can be received.
When it is unbalanced, you will confuse happiness with an external trait when in truth, it is created from within. Or on the contrary, you can be hypersensitive to the divine aspect of the Self, and struggle to function in normal daily activities.
When this chakra is balanced, a source of enlightenment, spiritual connection, and connection to our higher Self is present.
Unblocking and aligning your chakras is therefore essential for your well-being. It helps you feel more comfortable in your body and more active in your life.
There are many solutions to unblock and rebalance your Chakras. Indeed, it is possible to do it alone or with the help of a specialist.
