Quality

Are your crystals natural?

Yes! It's even one of Moment Ici's core values: we offer jewelry made with natural crystals. If an item is not made of natural stone, the material is always clearly indicated in the product description, so you can buy with confidence.

Do you offer certificates of authenticity for your products?

Yes, absolutely! We offer certificates of authenticity upon request. If you would like to receive one, simply add it to your cart at checkout, and we will gladly include it with your order.

Do you offer an engraving service?

Yes, gladly! We offer a collection of personalized jewelry where you can enter your engraving request directly on the product page, then add the item to your cart.

For other jewelry, you can also send us your request by e-mail: in most cases, engraving is entirely possible. Depending on the model and the desired personalization, a small additional charge may apply.

The size is too small and there's no larger size on the website, what should I do?

Don't worry, we often have a solution 🙂. For natural stone bead bracelets or necklaces, we can check the feasibility of increasing the size by adding a few beads. Simply contact us by email with the product link and the desired size, and we will get back to you quickly.

For chain bracelets and necklaces, the simplest solution is to add an extension chain, available on our website in the Jewelry Accessories category.

Product Questions

What is the composition of the garland?

The main materials are copper, ensuring flexibility and durability, as well as quality LEDs and resistant plastic. This combination guarantees reliable and safe lighting for your interior decoration while remaining easy to handle.

What are the available lengths for this sun catcher?

We offer this string light in three distinct sizes to suit all your decoration projects. You can choose between 2 meters (with 20 LEDs), 5 meters (with 50 LEDs), or the large length of 10 meters (with 100 LEDs).

What color is the light emitted by the LEDs?

The string light emits a 'warm white' colored light. This color choice creates a soft, very warm, and soothing ambiance, perfect for bedrooms, cozy living rooms, or to complement a sun catcher.

How is the garland powered?

This garland is designed to be extremely versatile. It can be powered either via AA batteries (not included, very practical for placement without visible cables) or directly via a USB connection (ideal if you are near an outlet or computer).

Can I use the garland to decorate a dream catcher?

Absolutely. This garland was designed to be the ideal accessory for our dream catchers, creating a magical and serene effect. Furthermore, a 20% discount is applied if you purchase both items using the code LUM20.

Is copper wire easy to handle and bend?

Yes, copper wire is chosen for its great flexibility and robustness. You can easily twist, mold, and shape it as desired to fit any vase, frame, or decorative element without risk of breakage or damage.

Is this a good item to give as a gift?

It's an excellent decorative gift, perfect for creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It's ideal for a housewarming gift, birthday gift, or to beautify the room of a loved one, woman, or teenager.

Do the LEDs consume a lot of energy (batteries / USB)?

No, LEDs are known for their very low energy consumption. Whether you use batteries or the USB port, this garland is very economical. You'll get long hours of soft lighting without having to change the batteries too frequently.

Can this garland be used outdoors?

We primarily recommend indoor use. Although the material is of good quality, this garland is not certified to withstand moisture or prolonged bad weather. Outdoor use under a covered, dry shelter is possible.

Do the lights get hot after several hours of use?

Thanks to LED technology, the small lights generate very little heat, even after several hours of use. They remain cool or lukewarm to the touch, making them safe to use near fabrics or artificial plants.

What is the number of LEDs depending on the size chosen?

The 2-meter size is equipped with 20 LEDs, the intermediate 5-meter size contains 50 LEDs, and our largest size, 10 meters, offers 100 micro-LEDs. The longer the garland, the denser and more spectacular the lighting effect.

Are these garlands suitable for wedding decoration?

Absolutely. Their warm white light creates a romantic and elegant ambiance, perfect for centerpieces, backdrop decor, or to illuminate ceremony arches. The discreet copper wire is easily integrated into any floral arrangement.
